Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification upon your order being shipped. All DTC orders are shipped with Australia Post. B2B orders are shipped with FedEX and Australia Post.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including GST), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Blanks By Polar Goods is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will offer an exchange, store credit or refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, or you would like an exchange please email support@polargoods.au.

Damages, Defects, and Incorrect Items

If you find that an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please email us immediately via support@polargoods.au. For quicker processing, please include photos of the item to help our team resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Items that do not have the original tags or have been worn
  • Sale items or clearance items
  • E-gift cards

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and confirm the return is eligible, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
